Terms of Use

1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you obtain the App from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and the App is licensed, not sold. Apple provides a Standard EULA unless a custom license agreement is supplied.

2) The Service and "Estimates Only" Disclaimer

The App provides estimates for solar system sizing, production, payback, and related metrics based on your inputs and data sources. Results can vary due to site-specific conditions (shading, roof geometry, installation quality, tariffs, weather variability, losses, equipment specs, and many other factors).

3) License and Restrictions

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own lawful purposes.

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except to the extent allowed by law),
• resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the App,
• misuse the App to break laws or infringe others' rights,
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or its data sources.

4) Pro Features, Subscriptions, and Lifetime Purchase

The App offers free features and optional Pro features available via subscription and/or a one-time lifetime purchase (availability may vary by platform/region).

Auto-renewable subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Apple describes auto-renewable subscriptions as renewing until the user cancels.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings or Google Play subscription settings.

Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the current billing period.

Lifetime purchase

Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no renewal. It unlocks the Pro features identified as included at the time of purchase on supported versions and platforms. Unless explicitly stated, it does not automatically include future services with ongoing third-party costs, such as AI processing, cloud storage or synchronization, hosted computation, or paid third-party APIs.

Restore purchases

If you reinstall the App or change to a compatible device using the same store account and platform, use Restore Purchases (or equivalent) to re-validate access. Purchases may not transfer between Google Play and the Apple App Store unless explicitly supported.

Price and feature changes

We may change subscription pricing, Pro features, or what's included in Free vs Pro over time. Platform rules may require notice or consent for certain subscription price changes.

5) Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where you purchased (Apple App Store or Google Play), except where local law requires otherwise.

6) Third-Party Services and Data Sources

The App may use third-party services for:

• purchase validation / entitlement management,
• crash reporting and diagnostics,
• location-based solar/meteorological parameter retrieval.

These services may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

7) Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part), including changing calculations, external data sources, online services, or export formats. Purchased Pro access is governed by Section 4 and applicable law; we do not guarantee the continued availability of external data sources or future online services outside that scope.

8) Intellectual Property

The App and its content, design, text, logos, and software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You do not receive ownership rights.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your requirements.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $10 if you paid nothing), unless local law requires otherwise.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12) Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your region provide otherwise.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and publish the revised Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
